MIINIMAL APARTMENT

The apartment is located in shahrak gharb, Tehran, Iran. The main objective for the remodeling of this 40 years old apartment was to maximize the space. Because the home is on the ground floor of an old tower, it was possible to gaining enough height beside the industrial pipes to create a loft with a longue area and a bedroom. The existing space includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living-dining room, longue area and two bathrooms.

The interior of the apartment is simple with a contrast between wood elements and the overall white color scheme. To achieve a minimalist result that radiates peace and order you must remove any excess items and heavy decor to create a clean, pure environment .

ARTISTIC DUPLEX

The apartment is located in shahrak gharb , Tehran, Iran.

The objective was to crate a three bedroom attic for a four member family, a total renovation and remodeling of a 90 square meters, 40 years old apartment in the ground floor and a roof height of 4 meters.

The remains of the industrial pipes are exposed and used as part of the architecture. The strategic installation of artificial light accentuates and softnes certain points in the living room, The longue area and the library gallery , different objects , grey colors with a contrast between wood elements and The expose lighting objects, gives the apartment a total artistic look and cozy feeling.

RUSTIC VILLA

The rustic villa is located in the mountains north of Tehran. the main objective for the renovation and remodeling in this project was converting a 50 years old cottage to a rustic villa. the most characteristic feature of this project are the wooden ceiling, doors, walls, stairs, handrails and the rustic wooden furniture and objects that are all recycled of the old wooden structures that was gained by the collapsing of the old roof decking. the old cottage converted to a 160 square meters recycle art rustic villa with three bedrooms, living room, dining room, longue area and three bathrooms.

YOGA STUDIO

The remodeling of the 48 square meter ground floor suite ,made it to a little clean Yoga studio. The studio is located in the huge city of Tehran. Meditation and Yoga and spiritual activities need relax and clean places to leave all the city stress behind, a correct architecture design is needed to reach that goal. The flow of energy by feng shui and use of different materials, elements and colors in the correct places, made the studio a very unique and relaxing place. Installing spotlights between roof beams and different artificial lights around the place allows to create different atmospheres with a wide variety of ambient lighting.
