JUL 2021-AUG 2021
Designing the AL.2 villa in the Absard area was one of our most challenging projects. We were tasked with transforming a semi-built villa, which was constructed with the lowest possible quality and weak architectural standards, into a modern villa with all amenities and minimal cost.
At the client’s request, and after extensive research and analysis by the structural engineering team, we decided to demolish all the partially built internal walls while preserving and reinforcing the existing beams and columns. Using the existing framework, we developed three different design concepts. The land, with a steep slope and an area of 2,516 square meters (approximately 27,000 square feet) leading to a river, influenced the landscape design of the project.
