The apartment is located in shahrak gharb, Tehran, Iran 10th floor of a 45 years old Tower.
The objective was to create a contemporary space for a young person with a large group of friends to entertain. The existing space includes two bedrooms, a living-dining room and two bathrooms in total 1500 square feet.
The remodeling of this apartment made it to a dark theme modern city apartment. Painting the ceiling grey and installing strategically placed lights create the calm and restful environment required by this apartment’s owner. The role played by the grey and dark surfaces bestows elegance and stateliness upon the ensemble. The modern and full equipped kitchen is the center and the beating heard of the apartment.
